A one-of-a-kind getaway for everyone who builds, protects, grows, or dreams about what’s next in payments.

Notify Me About the Next Retreat

While most fintech events are a blur of stages and surface-level conversations, this felt different.

For once, networking didn’t feel transactional. It felt human.

We laughed.

35+ Payments Professionals.

3 days in Bangkok.

Day 1

28th November

Welcome cocktails, drinks & networking, ice-breaker games, quick-fire Q/A, dinner & conversations

We started off with an introduction round… but with a twist. Instead of introducing ourselves, we introduced each other.

(Safe to say, we now know everyone beyond what their LinkedIn bio says)

Day 2

29th November

Keynote by

Richard Cogswell

Richard Cogswell, best-selling, award-winning author of “Mastering Networking” and “The Cultural Sales Leader”, shared insights from his experience as a sales leader and said that everyone is in sales, no matter the role.

Networking works best when it’s human, not rehearsed. To prove it, we did a fun 5-minute free-talk activity where people could chat about anything to anyone.

Harvard Business School

Case Study

Using a mock product like “GoCart Pay,” we explored which fintech expansions make sense, what to prioritize, and whether to stay in-house, spin off, or go hybrid.

The goal wasn’t to find the “right” answer but to sharpen judgment & learn through diverse perspectives.

Mindless & Laughter

Games

We had an amazing time playing the Mindless Games (that weren’t mindless at all) Shobhit and the BoxPay x Stripe team introduced Travelingo (yes, bingo for payments people).

Then the iconic Balloon & Pin game with a payments twist!

Panel Discussion:

Fractional Careers

We also deep-dived into Fractional Careers. Vishal, Grace, Jinnee, Divyank & Arvin shared the honest pros and cons of working in fractional careers.

Launch of the

Payments Expert Marketplace (PEM)

The world's first marketplace built exclusively for payments people.

Day 3

30th November

Payments Product Litmus Test

We closed with Vishal introducing the Payments Product Litmus Test, a closed door session that offers practical and unbiased feedback for your products by seasoned experts. We help you refine or validate your product before you invest a single dollar.

And Just Like That… The Retreat Was Over

(even though nobody wanted it to end).

We're truly grateful for each and every one who joined us. You made this retreat what it was, epic.

And Before You Go See What the Community Had to Say

The messages, the posts, the kind words. Until the next one.

The love and support we got from the community last year was unreal.
