Kanika has spent two decades at the intersection of payments, fintech, and strategy across global markets. At TabSquare (Delivery Hero), she led monetisation of payments products across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and the Philippines, with end-to-end responsibility from identifying payments partners, commercial terms negotiations, onboarding, product integration and launch, to leading volume ramp-up. At Boku, she led commercial growth across APAC as a global leader in mobile payments services. At Meniga, she drove business growth through client acquisitions and strategic partnerships across APAC, advised UK HQ on go-to-market strategy, and managed large payment and fintech client relationships. At Visa, she spearheaded analytics and strategy projects for large issuer clients, led cross-functional teams, and managed strategy and partnerships for emerging products across APAC and EMEA. Earlier at PayPal, she directed growth of the Cross Border business and advised senior management on products, merchants, and competition.
She also founded Taula Pte Ltd, an e-commerce start-up that she scaled across platforms, marketplaces, departmental stores and retail outlets, expanding into consultancy for clients across diverse industries in APAC.
Now she brings that depth of experience to businesses, helping them identify the right payments opportunities, optimise their strategy, and grow across markets.

Arvin brings a rare combination of founder, operator, and partnership experience to the payments ecosystem. He co-founded hoolah, scaling it from inception to a multi-market BNPL platform across APAC, and led the successful M&A process resulting in its sale to ShopBack, delivering significant upside to shareholders. At Visa, he opened Visa's global network to non-financial institutions as New Payment Enablers, digitising payments in use cases traditionally dominated by cash including retailers, airlines, and fintechs, and engaged directly with the fintech ecosystem through initiatives such as the Fintech Finals in Hong Kong and the FIN/Sum conference in Japan. At Worldpay, he supported high growth eCommerce companies in APAC looking to scale globally. Earlier at TELUS in Canada, he worked across mobile payments product development, strategy and planning, and a leadership development program.
From founding a company to closing an M&A deal, he's done it first-hand, and that's exactly what he brings to the table at Travel & Payments.
